About This Trail
The western shoreline of the Tennessee River/Nickajack Lake is hugged by Little Cedar and Cedar Mountain, as the tail-end of the Tennessee River gorge blends into the Sequatchie valley. The Little Cedar Mountain Trail is a dry side and a moist side due to the elevation gain and the nature of the area. The trail is owned and maintained by TVA.
