About This Trail
The Jackson Flat Trail forks at the Boy Scout trail junction and climbs up to the top of the ridge and the PCT trail junction. The observation tower has a lot of views. The tower is on the open summit at 7 600 ft. The summit trail goes back to the north on the slopes of the Jackson Trail. There is a network of fire roads that link with the PCT, so you can do many different variations.
