About This Trail

Imported description
The Glen Boulder Trail is a great ascent that has an exposed ridge line and views of the Presidential Range. The Isolation Trail is an easier descent than the Glen Boulder Trail. This is a great hike in the summer and winter, but be warned, there are a number of river crossing and the trail does follow a stream bed for a while. It can be slow going to find good footing in the shoulder seasons when there isn't yet enough ice on the streams.
