Isle of Pine Blue Trail

The Isle of Pine Preserve is located in southeast Orange County and is managed by the Environmental Protection Division. The preserve is reported to have 464 acres. It was part of a Florida homestead before it was purchased. The Isle of Pine Preserve was created by Orange County. It is bordered on the West by Lake Mary Jane and on the other three sides by private property. Don't cross any fences because the surrounding property is private. Desert Ranch doesn't take kindly to people coming on their property. There is a park across Lake Mary Jane. There are two access points, one at the end of Lake Mary Jane Road and the other at the end of Lace Bark Pine Drive. There is parking at both locations.
