About This Trail

Imported description
Slightly tricky to find trailhead, it's near the group sites. Across from the bathroom there is a yellow warning sign that talks about how dangerous the mountains are (heed the warning!). The trail is behind the warning sign. If you can't find the trail look for the wooden fence that crosses over from the campsites to the desert. From there the trail is pretty easy to follow. There are some places where you might get lost but just look for the cairns. There are two auroras that you have to cross over. When you get about a mile from the end of the trail there will be a small hand written sign where the trail forks off to sugarloaf or to pinetree/pass. For camping, check out this page: https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/new-mexico/indian-hollow-and-pine-tree-loop Go to the right towards pinetree/pass. About a quarter mile to the end you'll encounter a campsite with a fire ring (make sure fires are allowed before making one). This is be a nice place to camp. From there it is a little hard to find the top/to find the trail again. It's to right of the campsite.
