About This Trail
This hike is described as a loop hike in counter clock motion. From the parking lot, you can take the main trail to the blue blaze trails. It's a good place to see winter views from the rock formations. If you hike after 1 mile, it will add 1 to 1.5 miles to the hike, but the best views from the top will be provided by the rock outcrop. The next 1.5 miles will lead you to the west overlook. This is a wonderful view, but it is so crowded with cell towers and buildings that it is hard to see. The white blaze trail is accessible via the off trail at the time of this review, but it is covered by blow downs. This trail is just 0.8mi and will bring you to the main parking lot.
