About This Trail
The trail from the main road leads to the river. Good lunch or an after-work hike. The trail is through the woods, light uphills and a few wood footbridges. Some side- trails. The gravel is well maintained and has a remote feel. It's worth seeing the Connecticut River with beach along the eastern shore. The picnic tables are in a clearing. A toddler can do it, but may need to be carried for some slopes. It was a buggy around dusk.
