High Rocks Spur Trail

The High Rocks Spur goes along the eastern ridge-line of Sand Mountain until it reaches High Rocks. The visitor can see the Town of Wytheville and the Walker Mountains from High Rocks. It is definitely worth the hike. There is a trail leading to the rock outcropping. You have to have a hunting/fishing license or an access permit to use their property.
