About This Trail
You might hear this trail referred to as "Wanderer's Way" if you speak to someone else. It was the name of the wanderer's way that preceded the hill name. It was named after a family who owned the land on the west end of the trail. A German-style hotel that used to be located near the hill became famous because of it's nickname. The nickname persists despite the hotel being torn down. The old road leads to the Adams Gulch system of trails. The lower section of the trail has been converted into sweeping turns that help slow down cyclists as they approach the bottom of the hill, where a lot of neighborhood children play. You should descend safely, and take it easy on the trail. Please keep your dogs on a leash.
