About This Trail

Imported description
It is the tallest peak in the county and the only one to see before it is reached on top. This trail is quite difficult and lengthy for quite a while. The only things to see in the hike are how close the trees are to each other. After you get to the the byrd shelter, there are multiple panoramic views to choose from and the summit view can be seen in over one hundred feet of elevation. "It is easy to know where you have hiked when you see a stone overlook at the top." It's a very hard walk, but worth it. You can get the tallest peak within an hour. It is an alternate hiking experience that is a loop. " Out in the back route is what the Hike is described as."
