About This Trail
Take a paved road and enter the "Dickeyville trail". If you cross the "Wetland trail" bridge, you can begin the "Gwynns Falls Trail" that leads to the Washington Village of Baltimore West. The route is easy to navigate and marked. Posters with geological, botanical, fauna and morphological information can be found. The very old village of Ellicott and several counties with nearly half a million people are located in the Gwynns Falls basin.
