About This Trail

Imported description
The exit is Highway 16 to Hunter Creek Road. It is necessary for 4x4 to have high clearance. Go as far as you feel you can. You can take the Trail 088 and the Angeline Trail until you reach 10,100 feet. It's best to cut off trail along the saddle. It is expected to encounter a lot of boulder fields. There are no open areas for tents in Lower or Upper Frozen Lakes. It is possible to find boulders that will fit a tent. It's a good way to get around the frozen lakes. You can get to Lake Angeline by climbing a boulder field to the south from Upper Frozen Lake. exit via lake angeline trail
