Forty Acre Rock Loop

This trail is a break from the normal terrain of South Carolina. You can follow the section that is easy to follow from the lower trail. You can see many different types of animals in a thick forest. You can find a small pond filled with water lilies and colorful in the summer along the creek. You will pass a small waterfall as you make the moderate climb to your destination. It is still a great site. You will see a variety of plants during the spring when the water collects in depressions.
