The road crosses the road near Barker court. Down the street from Carlson Drive. Stay on Jacobson from Fish Springs, then take a left on Windmill and a left on Juniper. The quote says that Juniper turns into dirt. You can either park on the left side of the road or stay right and go to the multiple trail intersection.
