This route is popular among mountain bikers. It has a good view of the mountains and conifer forests. The trail starts near Lake Irvin. You should take a right after you pass "The Dyke" on the mountain bike trail. After several miles, this trail goes into the Ragged Wilderness. The Raggeds Wilderness does not allow mountain bikes.
