About This Trail

The trail head at the lower lake leads to the Dry Lakes, which is a steep hike on the East side. The lower lake is where the fishing is. Go right and look for the faint trail to the upper lake. It's easy if you add another mile. This is the one for you if you like to climb stairs. The beginning is a rocky stair climb. It levels off in the middle and then you climb again. The creek is on the left most of the way with a few crossings. Excellent hike. There are flowers and mushrooms. It was a good fly fishing trip.
