If you do the loop with the Applachian Trail and Jones Run Trail, you can see 2 Water Falls. The upper falls are 63' and the lower is 28'. The parking area is at mile post 84. It is a long downhill followed by an uphill walk. It is a short distance to the Loft Mountain Wayside for food afterwards. The trail is marked with concrete pillars.
