Cherry Ridge Trail

A pleasant hike with some nice scenery. A pleasant, shorter version of the Wawayanda Jungle Trail. It's a great place for cross country skiing. From the parking area take Cherry Ridge Road west. It's an unpaved road. The Red Dot trail is made up of red squares. The trail is flat and has interesting terrain. It crosses a bridge and goes to Double Pond Road. The swamp and boardwalk are good places to stop for lunch. Go southeast on the Double Pond trail and then take a right onto the Cedar Swamp Trail. The trail goes through a swamp on boards. It eventually gets to the Banker Trail. Take a right here and go back to the parking area.
