About This Trail

Refer to the park page for updates. It's a natural landmark that runs for a quarter of a mile between granite walls. The sudden release of meltwater at the end of the last Ice Age is believed to be the origin of the Chasm. The Corn Crib, The Coffin, The Pulpit, Lovers' Leap, and Fat Man's Misery are some of the rock formations that are found on the trails.
