It is an old farm area in the preserve and includes hay fields and a forest. visitors will find natural paths around the forest and brook These trails lead from one side of the field to the other. It can be a wet time on the lowland trails in the spring. The trails are easily traveled from the parking area. Excellent bird-watching can be found at this preserve.
