Cat Mountain via Red Trail

The parking area is easy to miss as the signs are not very noticeable. The trail heads along a carriage road. Go left about a quarter-mile and you will see a red trail. The trail is fairly easy to navigate initially, but at the one-mile mark it becomes more difficult to navigate. The views just before the summit are beautiful and offer a taste of what will come. The views from the summit are amazing. You can return to the summit on the same route. The blue trail could be used to turn it into a loop. The trail is close to the summit.
