The day loop hike includes Middle Carter, South Carter, and Mount Hight. You can take the nineteen mile brook trail to reach the source of the brook. You can reach both Middle Carter and South Carter by going up the Carter-Moriah Trail, but you will have to take a different route up Mount Hight.
