Carlsbad Sea Wall Trail

Dogs are not allowed on this trail. There is no shade, but it is dog-friendly if you walk along the sea wall. There are small parks for the dogs along the sea wall walk. From my experience, everyone on this walk is nice. It is always clean. You cannot bring your dog if you drop down and walk at sea level. The Carlsbad sea wall is very popular with local residents. You have the beach on one side and the coast Highway on the other. It's a nice place to walk on a sunny day, but don't expect to be the only one.
