About This Trail
It is called The Burnt Mt. The Preserve is a 900-acre county-owned preserve that starts at the 2500 foot elevation on the southern border of the state. The bottom land of the Preserve has a ravine that goes south into a valley. The Preserve Trail starts at the parking lot and goes through the western portion of the preserve. The trail will fall after it drops through 150 feet of elevation. It's going back up to the parking lot.
