Burgdorf Salmon River OHV Loop

You can go from the Burgdorf campground towards the Salmon River. The Burgdorf Road will lead you to an artesian well with water and to an old mine shaft. It is possible to take the willow creek trail to the Corduroy Road and then cross Marshall Mountain to the Carey creek trail. It is at the Wind River Bridge that the Carey Creek Trail ends. Black bear signs are seen as you get closer to the river. The ride is beautiful with many conifers, clear streams and steep mountain terrain.
