About This Trail
The Sugar Hill Trail System in St. Paul, Virginia, consists of a walk through a nature preserve on the Clinch River. The Sugar Hill Trail System is just outside of St. Paul and it is possible to walk through downtown along the way. One of the few trails that follow the entire waterway is this one. There are trails at the western end of the Sugar Hill Trail that may be used for a long hike. There is a way to create an 8-mile out-and-back by hiking this trail to its western end and then following the Riverside Trail to the Falls.
