About This Trail

Imported description

A loop trail including the woods, the park and a horse trail through National Park Service ground leads to the canal. It's good to watch the high points of the Potomac. There are also 3.4 mile of side trails and alternate routes within the land. The riders should consider that the horses aren't allowed on some of the trails. Excuseable: watch these restrictions. Some towpath trails have restrictions on bicycle use, but they still allow bikes on some.
