Bill Moore Lake OHV Route

There is a forest service road that leads into the Mill Creek valley and to Bill Moore Lake. It is not always open during winter. It's a scenic route to the high mountain lake. It's a good place to spend a weekend Exploring the various trails that lead to the Conqueror Mine. The Trail goes to Red Elephant Hill. The area contains lots of parking at the beginning. Arapaho National Forest is located in the Clear Creek Ranger District.
