Bernheim Arboretum Hike and Bike Trail

The Hike and Bike Trail is a well marked trail that leads through a wooded area. The trail can be used for both bicycle and foot travel. The trail is marked and made of gravel with some paved areas. The trail is mostly flat after a climb from the parking area. The trail follows a scenic Long Lick Creek with many bridges over it. The trail is mostly trees lined with rocky areas. The total length of the traiil is less than one mile and is mostly along country roads and abandoned paved roads. The entire trail is worth the ride, but a good turn-a-round point for a hike is at the end of the trail.
