Beartracks Lake Trail

A popular trail will take you between Truesdell Creek and Beartracks Creek to Lower Beartrack Lake. The summer time will bring many other hikers to your area. The trail can be traced along a Bear Creek for a short distance. The river climbs through a 500-acre fire on the way to its mouth. It makes its way up the ridge, crossing the Beartracks Creek trail then returning to it's parking place at the lake. The office is open June 15- Labor Day. For all activities the trail is closed until November
