About This Trail

The tote road is a road that goes between the north and south gate of a state park. The Tote Road is narrow and has pot holes. The strict 20 mph speed limit is enforced by us to ensure the safety of our wildlife. The description says that dogs on a leash are allowed, but it is not true. If you promise to keep your pet in the car all day, they are not allowed in the park. There is no cell phone, gas stations or gift shops. It was said along the road. It takes over two hours to drive the full length. The road is open for winter activities. The Tote Road isn't designed to be a scenic drive. It is a road that people use to get to our trail heads. We hope that visitors will take the time to see the sights from a trail.
