About This Trail

Imported description
The trail is lightly used and has stunning views. The trail starts at the top of the ridge above the Upper Tujunga. It goes through a series of tunnels of scrub oaks and other tall chaparral that are unique to this area. It becomes more difficult to follow as you approach the highest saddle. The trail steepened a bit near the Barley Flats. There are a lot of abandoned buildings at Barley Flats. Go left on the main paved road and follow it downhill to Highway 2.
