About This Trail
A hike just outside of Phoenix is 70% rock hopping and the rest is sand and water. The trail can be extended by another 1/3 of a mile. One is treated with many rock formations and small cascades. The trail is sandy for a lot of the segments. During the winter, spring, and after rain events, wet feet are common. The area may be prone to flash flooding during the summer monsoons. If you are caught in a monsoon, get to higher ground immediately.
