About this unit
Central Big Horn County wrapping the west flank of the Bighorn Mountains. Sage and grassland on the lower benches climb through aspen and Douglas-fir to lodgepole and alpine tundra on the Bighorn crest. Predominantly Bighorn National Forest with the Cloud Peak Wilderness on the high country.
