About
The state-owned land is located north of downtown Utah. There are some vault toilets and port-o-lets in the area, but no campsites or fire rings. Utah's most famous dinosaur was discovered in the Utahraptor State Park, which is 15 miles northwest of Moab. The site is also home to the historic Moab CCC Camp.
