About
It is possible that the best plot of land in all of Summit and Park County is there. The 41 acres has a hiking trail and a National Forest on three sides. There are huge trees, southern exposure and amazing mountain views. 40 minutes to Breckenridge is a great place to explore. There are hiking, fly fishing, biking and 4x4 activities. The property has a fully off-grid cabin that will be having utilities installed in the coming months, but is not a part of the rental.
