The Landing at Bear Creek RV Park

Located on the site of an old airstrip, The Landing at Bear Creek RV Park is currently being developed and will open on May 1st, 2022. Our new park is located 30 minutes from the Cincinnati bypass (275) on the Ohio side of the Ohio River next to Meldahl Dam. The physical address of the park is 5431 US Highway 52 in Felicity, OH. Park Amenities: 119 full hook-up (50 and 30 amp at each spot, water, sewage) RV lots 58 riverfront RV lots on the Ohio River 48 lots overlooking the valley down to Bear Creek 9 “pull-through” lots in the middle of the park 3 non “pull-through” lots in the middle of the park Community pavilion Splash pad Playground Dog park Gaga ball pit Corn hole Horseshoe Pits Walking trail throughout the (mostly timber) 45 acre park Fire pits at each lot as well as a few larger community fire pits Fishing access on both the Ohio River and Bear Creek Elevated, “high and dry” RV storage in the off-season We will be maintaining a generous social event budget as well and will survey guests to determine how those funds are used
