A Forest Closure Order has been put into effect for specific areas in the Trinity Alps near Canyon Creek for areas affected by the Middle Fire, including Ripstein Campground, Canyon Creek Trailhead, Trail 10W03, Trail 10W06 and Trail 10W08 south of Canyon Creek Falls Ripstein Campground is normally available on a first-come, first-serve basis. There are 10 tent-only sites.
