The trail winds through the forest alongside the creek, crosses some small foot bridges and reaches a junction with the Phillips Ridge Trail. From here the trail begins to climb up through the forest.The trail continues to climb at a fairly mellow grade for several miles, through thick old growth forest with occasional openings with nice views of the drainage. It eventually comes out to a junction with the Arrow Trail and then the junction with the Phillips Pass Trail. Options: This trail can be used as a loop option with the Phillips Ridge Trail and Arrow Trail or Phillips Pass Trail.
