The quote was: 30 and 50 Amp. Water and sewage. The property has a beautiful rock bottom Mill Creek that flows through it. It's $5 a day to rent a bike from us and take a stroll on the historic railroad bed walking trail. You can cross over Mill Creek and ride on into Elkmont on a covered bridge. It is 3 miles away from our quaint town and there is a boat launch to accommodate your river endeavors. It's a good idea to hang out at the park with a game of horse shoes, bean bag toss game, or even shoot some hoops.
