About
the location of McColin Beach can be found on Lake Wallula on the edge of the lake's eastern side. The park is on the side of the river. The park is filled with mature trees which give the day users shade. According to the summary, the lake is home to several activities including a nice designated swimming area. At an east end of the park, the campground home for the Lewis and Clark trail is located. The McKay Beach has a one day use picnic shelter that has nine Tables and one fire grills. Nearby attractions are a fish viewing lodge, a wildlife area, and a Visitor Center.
