Lepage Park Campground

The John Day and Columbia River are just five miles from the park. Water skiing and boating are popular activities. People enjoy water sports and swimming in the river. The people fish for smallmouth bass, catfish, and sunfish. The campground has a boat ramp that can be used to access the river. The campgrounds have electric hookups and primitive walk-to tent sites. Amenities include a dump station, a boat ramp and flush and pit toilets. It is located in a river basin with a high desert climate. The shaded park is on the banks of the John Day River. There are animals in the area, such as mule deer and birds of prey.
