The Hog Canyon East Kiosk is just that. The Kanab Field Office transportation map is the only thing you will find here. The Crocodile Staging area or a small parking area is where visitors typically access this. The routes are suitable for four-wheel-drive vehicles. These routes are not suitable for two-wheel-drive vehicles due to steep inclines, rocky surfaces, and deep sand. The Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument Visitor Center has detailed maps and current conditions.
