About
It gives access to the Hanan Trail. It is located one hour southwest of the Oregon state capital, and at an elevation of 668 feet. The Hanan Trail 142 goes between the Coffeepot Springs and the confluence of Boulder Springs. The trail goes through forests of lodgepole pine, aspen groves, and open upland, as well as stands of mature mixed conifer. It's open to hikers, horseback riders, and mountain bikers. There is a trailer parking area and signed trail directions. The campground has a vaulted toilet and dispersed camping. The open season has maintenance services. There is no drinking water. Visitors need to have plenty of water.
