About
This campground is located on the outskirts of the city and is very popular. There is a trail within the campground which can be used for multiple purposes, and a trail with a difficult trek in both directions. You can hike, ride a bike or horseback, either north or south. A bridge crosses a river and leads to a trail. There are a lot of fishing opportunities for brook trout. The site is located in a high desert and pine setting. There are amenities at each of the five campsites, such as park area, parking area, trailer, and horse corrals. There is no water. The visitors need to have plenty of water. "Pack it in, pack it out."
