About

Gateview Campground can be found at the extreme southern end of the Lake Fork arm of Blue Mesa. The highway goes west of Powderhorn then north onto Blue Mesa Cutoff Road. All sites must be reserved first. It is the best suited for tent camping. It is not recommended to carry small RVs or pop-up trailers on the road. It was a elevation of 7538 feet.
