About
The Alamosa Campground is on the Alamosa River. There are five campsites, one is pull through, with tables and fireplaces. There are no restrooms at the moment and the toilets will be installed later this summer. Bring your own water. There is a trail that leads to the Big Lake Trail. It is difficult to squeeze space for large trailers and recreation vehicles. The Alamosa river is acidic and limits fishing between the campgrounds.
