The rail-trail is a paved one. The western part of the trail is more enjoyable than the eastern part. There's a cut through a rock above a cement mill on this trail. This is where you can see the Folding of the Mountain, as well as the rock layers formed there. There are caves that are blocked off to keep people out of them.
