About This Trail
A short loop trail passed through mature cedar and hardwood forest. This is a great site for spending time with family and friends, for quiet reflection, and forest and Cryptology Study in the fall. The western foothills land trust owns Witt Wamp's Preserve. Witt wasNorway's first blacksmith. The forested site was owned by C. B. Cummings & Sons of Norway. The lot is covered in old bark, skid trails and the forest is visible through them. These wetlands have been left undisturbed with no sign of management, so they are indicative of something like this.
