Willow Creek Trail to Hidden Lake and Round Valley Loop [CLOSED]

The first thing you need to do is take the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. The ride is for adults. Permits are required and can be obtained for free at the Ranger station. The Round Valley loop is an excellent day hike that spans the valley between the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and Mount San Jacinto. The hike up the side of a seasonal creek takes one up a counter-clockwise path. It travels along the southern rim of the valley with great views. San Jacinto and other peaks are dropped into the valley and the Tram Station area. The hike to San Jacinto peak is one of many that branch off from this loop.
